Send money, save beneficiaries, and understand transfer statuses.

Send money to another MoneyBeat user

Internal transfers send money instantly to another MoneyBeat user (personal or business). How to send 1. Log in at https://app.moneybeat.eu. 2. Open Wallet in the sidebar. 3. Make sure the Send tab is selected. 4. Choose Internal (instant to another MoneyBeat account). 5. Enter the recipient's email or phone (as registered on MoneyBeat). 6. Enter the Amount (EUR) and an optional Description. 7. Tap Preview transfer. 8. Check the summary (recipient, amount, fee, and total). 9. Tap Confirm send. Fees Outbound internal transfers show a fee on the preview screen (for example €1 on Standard and Premium plans). Inbound internal transfers are free. Tips - Double-check the recipient email or phone before you confirm. - Internal transfers are usually instant. Both sides see the payment in Transactions. - If you sent to the wrong person, email support@moneybeat.eu immediately with the transaction reference.

How to receive money into your account

To receive a bank transfer into your MoneyBeat account: 1. Log in at https://app.moneybeat.eu. 2. Open Wallet in the sidebar. 3. Tap the Receive tab. 4. Share your Account name and IBAN with the sender. Copy your details - Tap the copy icon next to Account name or IBAN. - Or tap Copy all details to copy everything in one go. How long do transfers take? - SEPA transfers usually arrive in 1 to 2 business days. - SEPA Instant (when the sender uses it) can arrive the same day. Incoming payments appear in Home (Recent Activity) and in Transactions. Your IBAN is also shown after account activation is complete. If you cannot see it, finish verification first or contact support@moneybeat.eu.

How to send a SEPA transfer

SEPA transfers send euros to any IBAN in the SEPA area. How to send 1. Log in at https://app.moneybeat.eu. 2. Open Wallet in the sidebar. 3. Make sure the Send tab is selected. 4. Choose SEPA (to any IBAN in the SEPA area). 5. Enter the Beneficiary name. Start typing to search previous recipients. 6. Enter the recipient IBAN. 7. Enter the Amount (EUR) and an optional Description. 8. Turn on SEPA Instant if you want a same-day payment (when available). 9. Tap Preview transfer. 10. Check the summary (beneficiary, amount, fee, and total). 11. Tap Confirm send. 12. Enter the one-time code (OTP) sent to your phone to authorise the payment. Timing - Standard SEPA: usually 1 to 2 business days. - SEPA Instant: same day when supported. Before you send - Your account must be fully verified. - Check the IBAN carefully. Wrong details can delay or return the payment. - Make sure your balance covers the amount plus the fee shown on the preview screen.

International SWIFT transfers (coming soon)

SWIFT transfers are coming soon on MoneyBeat. When available, SWIFT will let you send money internationally outside SEPA or in other currencies, with fees shown in the app before you confirm. Until then: - Use SEPA for euro payments in the SEPA zone - Use internal transfers for payments to other MoneyBeat users Watch the roadmap on https://moneybeat.eu/en or ask support@moneybeat.eu for the latest status. Debit cards (coming soon)

MoneyBeat cards are coming soon. We are preparing card products linked to your IBAN so you can spend from your MoneyBeat account. Cards are not available to order yet. Save and manage payment beneficiaries

When you send SEPA transfers, MoneyBeat saves recipient details so you can pay them again quickly. How saved recipients work 1. Open Wallet → Send → SEPA. 2. Start typing in the Beneficiary name field. 3. Select a previous recipient from the list, or enter a new name and IBAN. Tips - Always confirm the IBAN with the recipient before a large payment. - Check the name and IBAN on the Preview transfer screen before you confirm. - SEPA payments need a one-time code (OTP) sent to your phone to authorise. There is no separate beneficiaries menu. Recipients are saved automatically when you send to them.

What do transfer statuses mean?

View all your payments in Transactions in the sidebar. Each entry shows the direction (for example To: or From:), type (Transfer, Monthly Fee, and so on), date, reference, amount, and status. Transfers in the app usually show one of these statuses: Pending Submitted and waiting to process. Normal for a short time after confirmation. Processing Moving through the payment network. SEPA stays here until the receiving bank confirms. Completed Successful. Funds reached the recipient (or arrived in your account for incoming payments). Failed Could not complete (for example insufficient balance, wrong details, or compliance review). Check the in-app message. Returned The receiving bank sent the payment back. Funds return to your account; this can take a few business days. On Home, Recent Activity shows your latest transactions. Tap View All to open the full history. If a status does not change within the expected time, contact support@moneybeat.eu with the transaction reference.

Transfer failed or delayed? What to do

If a transfer failed or is slow: 1. Check the transaction in the app Open it and read the status or error text. 2. Common causes - Insufficient balance: top up and try again - Incorrect IBAN: confirm details with the recipient - Compliance review: some payments need extra checks - Bank holidays or weekends: processing can pause 3. Next steps - Internal transfers: email support@moneybeat.eu quickly with the reference - SEPA: wait for the normal processing window, then contact support if still stuck Include when you write to us - Date and transaction reference - Transfer type (internal or SEPA) - Amount and currency - Screenshot of the status if possible

View and export your transaction history

View your history 1. Log in at https://app.moneybeat.eu. 2. Open Transactions in the sidebar (or tap View All on the Home screen). 3. Browse your Transaction History. Each row shows who you paid or received from, the transfer type, date, reference, amount, and status (for example Completed). Filter transactions Tap Filters to narrow the list by date, type, or other criteria. Export transactions 1. On the Transaction History screen, tap Export. 2. Choose PDF or CSV. 3. Optionally set a date range (from and to). 4. Tap Export to download. Use exports for your records, accounting, or tax filing. If export fails, try a smaller date range or contact support@moneybeat.eu.
