SEPA transfers let you send euros to bank accounts in the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA).
How to send a SEPA payment
- Log in to the Moneybeat app.
- Go to Send → SEPA transfer.
- Select an existing beneficiary or Add new beneficiary.
- Enter the recipient's IBAN and name (BIC is optional for most SEPA payments).
- Enter the amount in EUR.
- Add a payment reference (required by some recipients).
- Review and confirm.
Processing time
SEPA transfers are typically completed within 1 business day. Some payments may arrive on the same business day depending on cut-off times.
Before you send
- Make sure your account is fully verified.
- Double-check the IBAN — incorrect details may delay or return the payment.
- Ensure you have sufficient balance including any applicable fees shown in the app.
