Send money to another MoneyBeat user

Internal transfers send money instantly to another MoneyBeat user (personal or business).

How to send

  1. Log in at https://app.moneybeat.eu.
  2. Open Wallet in the sidebar.
  3. Make sure the Send tab is selected.
  4. Choose Internal (instant to another MoneyBeat account).
  5. Enter the recipient's email or phone (as registered on MoneyBeat).
  6. Enter the Amount (EUR) and an optional Description.
  7. Tap Preview transfer.
  8. Check the summary (recipient, amount, fee, and total).
  9. Tap Confirm send.

Fees

Outbound internal transfers show a fee on the preview screen (for example €1 on Standard and Premium plans). Inbound internal transfers are free.

Tips

  • Double-check the recipient email or phone before you confirm.
  • Internal transfers are usually instant. Both sides see the payment in Transactions.
  • If you sent to the wrong person, email support@moneybeat.eu immediately with the transaction reference.
