When you send a transfer, you will see one of these statuses in the app:
Pending
Your transfer has been submitted and is waiting to be processed. This is normal for a few minutes after confirmation.
Processing
Your payment is being sent through the banking network. SEPA and SWIFT transfers stay in this status until the recipient's bank confirms receipt.
Completed
The transfer was successful. The funds have been delivered to the recipient.
Failed
The transfer could not be completed. Common reasons include insufficient balance, incorrect beneficiary details, or compliance review. You will receive a notification with more details.
Returned
The recipient's bank rejected or returned the payment. Funds are credited back to your account, though this may take a few business days.
Check the transaction details in the app or contact support@moneybeat.eu if a status does not change within the expected timeframe.
