Personal KYC — step-by-step guide

To complete KYC for your personal Moneybeat account: 1. Log in to the app and go to Verification or follow the prompt on your dashboard. 2. Select your country of residence. 3. Upload a photo ID — passport, national ID card, or residence permit. 4. Take a selfie for liveness verification. 5. Upload proof of address — a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government letter (usually dated within the last 3 months). 6. Submit and wait for review. Tips for faster approval - Use good lighting and make sure all four corners of your document are visible. - Make sure your name and address match across all documents. - Use PDF or clear photos — avoid blurry images. Proof of address — what we accept

To verify your address, upload one of the following documents showing your full name and current residential address: Accepted documents - Utility bill (electricity, gas, water, internet) - Bank or credit card statement - Government-issued letter or tax document - Rental or lease agreement (signed) Requirements - Dated within the last 3 months (unless otherwise stated in the app) - Shows your full name matching your ID - Shows your complete residential address Tips - PDF downloads from your bank or utility provider work well. - If your proof of address is in a different language, it is usually fine — make sure your name and address are clearly visible. Verification rejected — what to do next

If your KYC or KYB verification was rejected, do not worry — in most cases it is easy to fix. To complete KYB for your business Moneybeat account: 1. Log in and go to Business Verification. 2. Enter your company legal name, registration number, and registered address. 3. Upload your company registration certificate. 4. Upload your articles of association (or incorporation documents). 5. Provide your UBO / shareholder register (beneficial owners with 25%+ ownership). 6. Submit director identity documents if requested. 7. Wait for our compliance team to review.
