If your KYC or KYB verification was rejected, do not worry — in most cases it is easy to fix.

Common reasons for rejection

  • Blurry or incomplete document photos
  • Expired identity document
  • Name or address mismatch between documents
  • Proof of address older than 3 months
  • Missing pages from a business document

What to do

  1. Check the email we sent explaining the reason for rejection.
  2. Log in to the app and go to Verification.
  3. Resubmit the correct documents following the tips in our help articles.
