For personal KYC, Moneybeat accepts the following identity documents:
Accepted
- Passport (valid, not expired)
- National ID card (valid, not expired)
- Residence permit (valid, not expired)
Requirements
- Document must be valid and not expired
- Full document must be visible — no cropped edges
- Photo must be colour, clear, and readable
- Name and date of birth must match your account registration
Not accepted
- Expired documents
- Screenshots or photocopies
- Driver's licences (unless specified in the app for your country)
