During personal onboarding you enter your identity document details in the app (type, number, issuing country). Identity is then confirmed through KYC verification with our provider.
Document types you can enter
- Passport
- National ID card
- Residence permit / residence card
Requirements
- Document must be valid and not expired
- Name and date of birth must match what you entered in your profile
- Follow the on-screen instructions during Start KYC Verification
Not accepted
- Expired documents
- Driver's licences, unless the app specifically allows them for your country
For business accounts, shareholders and UBOs who do not operate the IBAN may need to upload a passport or ID (both sides). The legal representative who operates the IBAN completes a video identity check.
