Changing account information

You can update most of your account information directly in the Moneybeat app: 1. Log in at https://app.moneybeat.eu. 2. Go to Profile or Settings. 3. Update the field you need to change (name, address, contact details, etc.). 4. Click Save to confirm your changes. Important notes - Some changes (such as legal name or company details) may require new verification documents. - If you cannot edit a field, contact support@moneybeat.eu and our team will help you. - Never share your password or verification codes with anyone, including people claiming to be from Moneybeat support.

Account deactivation and closure

If you wish to close your Moneybeat account, please follow these steps: 1. Withdraw or transfer any remaining balance to your external bank account. 2. Cancel any pending transfers or scheduled payments. 3. Email support@moneybeat.eu from your registered email address requesting account closure. 4. Our team will confirm your identity and process the closure. Before you close - Download any statements or records you may need for your records. - Make sure no pending transactions are in progress. - Business accounts may require additional documentation before closure. Temporary deactivation If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support@moneybeat.eu immediately. We can help secure your account while you investigate.

Resetting your password

If you forgot your Moneybeat password: 1. Go to https://app.moneybeat.eu and click Forgot password? 2. Enter the email address linked to your account. 3. Check your inbox for a password reset link (also check spam/junk). 4. Click the link and create a new strong password. 5. Log in with your new password. Did not receive the email? - Wait a few minutes and check your spam folder. - Make sure you entered the correct email address. - Contact support@moneybeat.eu if you still need help. Security tip: Moneybeat will never ask for your password by email, phone, or chat.

Updating your email or phone number

To update your email address or phone number: 1. Log in to the Moneybeat app. 2. Go to Profile or Settings. 3. Select Email or Phone number. 4. Enter your new details and follow the verification steps. 5. Save your changes. For security, we may send a confirmation code to your old or new contact details. If you no longer have access to your old email or phone number, contact support@moneybeat.eu with your registered details and a valid ID so we can verify your identity manually.

Managing notification preferences

You can control which notifications you receive from Moneybeat: 1. Log in to the app. 2. Go to Settings → Notifications. 3. Toggle the notifications you want on or off (transactions, security alerts, marketing, etc.). 4. Save your preferences. We recommend keeping these enabled - Security alerts — login attempts, password changes, suspicious activity - Transaction notifications — sent, received, failed payments You can update your preferences at any time.
