Updating your email or phone number

To update your email address or phone number:

  1. Log in to the Moneybeat app.
  2. Go to Profile or Settings.
  3. Select Email or Phone number.
  4. Enter your new details and follow the verification steps.
  5. Save your changes.

For security, we may send a confirmation code to your old or new contact details.

If you no longer have access to your old email or phone number, contact support@moneybeat.eu with your registered details and a valid ID so we can verify your identity manually.
