Change your email or phone number

Change your email address

1. Log in at https://app.moneybeat.eu.
2. Open Profile in the sidebar.
3. On the Profile tab, update your Email Address.
4. Tap Update Profile to save.

For security, we may send a verification code to your old or new email address.

If you no longer have access to your old email, contact support@moneybeat.eu from another address you control and include ID so we can verify you manually.

Change your phone number

Your mobile number protects your money. It confirms payments and sensitive changes, so a phone update needs two SMS codes: one on your current phone and one on your new phone.

Before you start: have both phones with you. If you no longer have your old number, do not start in the app. See I've lost access to my old phone number, or email support@moneybeat.eu from your registered email.
