After you log in at https://app.moneybeat.eu, use the sidebar to move around the app.
Home
See your Total Balance and Recent Activity. Tap View All to open your full transaction history.
Wallet
Check your Available Balance and use the Send or Receive tabs:
- Send: internal transfers to another MoneyBeat user, or SEPA to any IBAN in the SEPA area.
- Receive: your account name and IBAN to share with payers. Use Copy all details to copy everything at once.
Transactions
Open Transaction History to see all payments. Use Filters to narrow the list, or Export to download a PDF or CSV (with an optional date range).
Profile
Manage your account across five tabs:
- Profile: your name, email, and phone. Tap Update Profile to save changes. To change your phone number, see How to change the phone number on your account.
- Documents: upload files requested by our compliance team. See Upload documents for compliance review.
- Plan: view or change your Standard or Premium plan.
- Security: change your password.
- Referrals: your referral link and invite history.
Live chat
Tap the green chat icon (bottom right) anytime for help from AI or a human agent during support hours.
Logout
Use Logout at the bottom of the sidebar when you finish on a shared device.
