2. Include your registered email, account type, and a clear description of the issue.
3. Tell us what outcome you are looking for.
4. We will acknowledge your complaint and investigate.
We take all complaints seriously and aim to resolve them fairly and promptly. You will receive a written response
explaining our findings and any actions taken.
