Personal accounts: 5 activation steps
- Pay opening fee
- Enter customer details (profile, ID details, activity, typed address)
- Verify phone by SMS
- Complete KYC (and tax residence declaration if you are not a Spanish tax resident)
- Activate IBAN (contract signing + SEFIDE consent)
Business accounts: 6 activation steps
- Pay opening fee
- Enter company information
- Add directors and beneficial owners
- Verify phone by SMS
- Upload company documents, verify representatives, sign PEP and ownership declarations
- Activate IBAN (contract signing + SEFIDE consent)
Detailed guides
When everything is approved, your IBAN is issued and you can use the app. If verification is refused, your opening fee is refunded.
