Accepted documents
- Utility bill (electricity, gas, water, internet)
- Bank or credit card statement
- Government-issued letter or tax document
- Rental or lease agreement (signed)
Requirements
- Dated within the last 3 months (unless otherwise stated in the app)
- Shows your full name matching your ID
- Shows your complete residential address
Tips
- PDF downloads from your bank or utility provider work well.
- If your proof of address is in a different language, it is usually fine — make sure your name and address are clearly visible.
